USA Pickleball & Tournament Compliance: Products labeled as "Tournament Approved" or "USAP Approved" meet current USA Pickleball Equipment Standards at the time of listing.
Canadian customers should verify tournament requirements with Pickleball Canada for specific
competitions. Customers are responsible for verifying current approval status for official tournament play, as regulations may change.
4.2 Equipment Standards and Certifications
Professional Standards Compliance: Our paddles conform to current USA Pickleball
Equipment Standards Manual specifications, including:
● Maximum combined length and width of 24 inches (60.96 cm)
● Maximum length of 17 inches (43.18 cm)
● Rigid, non-compressible construction materials
● Smooth hitting surfaces without excessive texture or spin-enhancing features
● Non-reflective surface finishes
Ball Specifications: Our pickleballs meet USAP requirements for outdoor play:
● 26-40 circular holes for optimal flight characteristics
● Durable, smooth molded construction
● Uniform coloring with manufacturer identification
● Consistent bounce and flight performance
Safety Standards: All equipment meets applicable safety standards and does not contain materials that could cause injury or court damage when used as intended.
4.3 Product Availability and Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product availability, discontinue items, or correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order to confirm the correct price or offer order cancellation.
Limited Editions and Custom Products: Special edition or customized products may have extended lead times and different return policies, which will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.
5. Account Registration and Responsibilities
5.1 Account Creation

Currency and Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD for US customers and CAD for Canadian customers. 7.2 Shipping Risks and Responsibilities
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Ensure someone is available to receive packages or arrange for secure delivery options.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Shipping Damage: Inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier and NovaPaddles within 48 hours for prompt resolution.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

Return Window: Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund,
provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
Return Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due
to our error or product defect.
8.2 Exchanges
Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or models of the same
product type, subject to availability and price differences.
Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects will be exchanged or refunded at no
cost to the customer, including return shipping.
8.3 Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer Warranties: Products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified by
